Poor Customer Service
Purchased a pair of eyeglasses at the Eastgate, Stoney Creek location. Store is understaffed and service is poor. Returned eyeglasses the next day. Extremely poor workmanship. Lenses were out of track. My $100 plan benefit is still not sent back to Standard Life. Needless to say I will never return to Lenscrafters again. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Called customer service several times. They don't care.
